I recently earned my Masters of Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center (ETC). While in this program, I focused on bringing his knowledge of illustration and story telling into interdisciplinary teams to make interactive entertaining artifacts.
I worked on three main projects while at the ETC. With StoveGhost Studio, I worked as the story artist on the production of Collectible, a four-time TELLY award winning short animated film. I also worked on the development of two educational video games, Electric Racer and Camp Eatapita. My roles on these projects included, User Interface Designer/Artist, Producer, 2D Artist, and Texture Artist.
Before the ETC, I graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration in 2006. As a student I was awarded the Keith Parkinson Memorial Award and the Outstanding Graduating Illustrator Award.
Between graduating from my undergraduate program and entering the ETC, I worked on many projects and illustrations, including an award-winning 30 second TV commercial, titled “Sid’s Quest.” Currently I am living in Austin, TX with my wife. I am working as a UI Artist/Designer for Wemo Media.
